  • The Original 2-1/2" Stuffed Pizza

    We made the very first stuffed pizza in history back in 1971. Weighing in at 5 pounds for a 12 inch pizza and 2 1/2 inches high, it truly was historic. Today, we prepare our famous stuffed pizza just as it was made back then, stuffing it full of fresh ingredients and making it our trademark pizza

    This stuffed pizza is loaded with the same fresh ingredients we serve in our original stuffed, just a bit less of them. We made this pizza to mimic our competitors who give their customers a smaller stuffed pizza experience. If you want a pizza similar in size to our competitors but loaded with more taste and ingredients, this is your pizza!

    Our thin crust pizza has always been far more than just a thin crust pizza. We really pile on the ingredients for this classic version of Chicago's favorite. There's a whole lot of cheese going on here, along with everything else you enjoy on your favorite pizza. The ingredients are placed underneath the cheese providing that classic integrated Chicago flavor

We roll out our homemade dough incredibly thin and with a little less cheese creates a perfect balance of fresh ingredients and assures a wonderfully cohesive taste.
